Privacy Policy

We are all about protecting your privacy and being completely transparent. Our privacy policy is here to help you understand what information we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used.

If you have any questions about our policy just contact us :)

This updated Privacy Policy takes effect on May 25, 2018. By continuing to use our website on or after May 25th, 2018, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

There are only three ways that we collect and use information from our website:

GOOGLE ANALYTICS

We use Google Analytics to understand the traffic that our website experiences. We do not utilize Google’s Advertising Features that reflect personal data of visitors. Google Analytics data is automatically collected using cookies. This data is only visible to essential employees and to our marketing agency.

What information do you see from Google Analytics?

We see a general information about the traffic that comes to our website (geographical location, browser types, operating system, length of visit, page views, referral source, and a unique user identifier and/or IP address) . We do not have access to see your Google username, your contact information, or any of your personally identifiable information.

Why do you use Google Analytics?

The basic information we see in Google Analytics helps us to know what pages on our website are most helpful and what ones we need to improve. We tailor our website based on the data we see to make our website the best it can be for our visitors.

Can I opt-out?
Yes. Google will be releasing a tool before May 25, 2018 that will allow users to delete their data from Analytics. When Google releases that tool, we will provide more information on how to use it.

FACEBOOK PIXEL

We try to be active on Facebook and other social media. We work hard to tie our social media efforts in with our website which is why we use Facebook Pixel. This data is only visible to essential employees and our marketing agency.

What does Facebook Pixel do?

We utilize Facebook Pixel to help our customers pick back up where they left off when using our website. To better understand our customers, we utilize Facebook Pixel to tailor our content on our website and on Facebook to deliver customized content based on our customer’s needs, interests, and preferences.

Can I opt-out?

At this time, Facebook has not provided a specific way to opt-out of Facebook pixel tracking. However, you can always turn off cookies and remove them from your browser. Click here (https://www.wikihow.com/Disable-Cookies) to learn how to disable cookies.

PROMOTIONS, GIVEAWAYS & UPDATES

To enter a promotion or giveaway, we ask that you provide your name, email address, and possibly your phone number. This data is only visible to essential employees and our marketing agency. We use this information to randomly select a winner and then contact the winner. When a new promotion, giveaway, or update is announced, we update all previous contestants via email or Facebook.

Age Requirements

Our promotions and giveaways are never intended for children. Since we don’t know the age of the visitors on our website we don’t have a way of enforcing this. If a child entered into one of our promotions or giveaways without the consent of a legal guardian, please contact us and we will ensure that their data is deleted.

How do I opt-out?

If you do not want to provide your information, you do not need to participate in our promotions or giveaways. If you have already participated in promotions or giveaways and do not wish to be notified about future updates, just click the opt-out option at the bottom of the email or you can contact us and we can manually remove you from our list.
